To get started on your MMA journey, download the Redemption app from the App Store, sign the waivers, then we will see you on the mat.
Adult Classes:
  • These classes focus on building peace of mind in our students through teaching them practical self defense techniques. Its pretty great exercise to!
Kids Classes:
  • Anti-bullying, self confidence and socialiaztion are the three main goals of our kids classes. These are reached by giving your child the skills they need to defend thenmselves.
MMA Training
  • ​Our training is designed to take you from novice to ring ready. We focus on building fighters from the ground up... literally! If you cant fight on the ground you cant fight on your feet! 
Women's Self-Defense Training
  • We understand the value of women being equipped to defend themselves which is why we offer a FREE women's self defense class every Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm.
